It is now possible to join a CNAP electronic queue in Kyiv Digital app.

It is now possible to book an appointment in Administrative Service Centres (CNAPs) through Kyiv Digital application. CNAPs provide more than 150 types of administrative services. Making an appointment online is easy and convenient. You choose the date and time yourself and can cancel your appointment or change the time of your visit at any time. You can also join an electronic queue on the CNAP Kyiv website (https://kyivcnap.gov.ua/Equeue/Register), in the CNAP Kyiv mobile application or via the hotline: 044-202-60-38 or 044- 202-60-39.
