How to obtain a certificate of residence registration?

The Law of Ukraine On Provision of Public (Electronic Public) Services for Residence Declaration and Registration in Ukraine (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/1871-20#Text) entered into force on December 01, 2021 changed the procedure for obtaining residence registration in Ukraine.

According to the Law, passport stamps have been cancelled and the issuance of residence registration certificate under form 13 is not provided. Now the data on registration is contained in the electronic demographic register and in the Diya application. However, this form of obtaining a residence registration is not suitable for everyone. We recommend you to order the residence registration certificate under form 13 at Administrative Service Centres (CNAP). After receiving an SMS about consideration of the case, it is possible to order such a certificate from the person in charge of the CNAP (usually at the reception desk).

For persons registered in Kyiv, the certificate can be obtained at any CNAP in Kyiv. If such information is not available in the place of registration, you should contact the Migration Service.
